IT WAS ALL JUST A CLEVER TRICK 2 LEAD ME AWAY FROM THE GARBAGE CAN!!!" wat happened was his dog dusty had been tryin 2 get n the little trash can under the comp desk im at. so just now dusty was on the little bridge walkway thing connecting the rooms on the 2nd story of my friends house & he starts barkin. im thinkin my parents r here so i try 2 look out the window at the driveway but it doesnt work so i open the door & go stand on the bridge thing 2 c wat hes barking at & he "cleverly" sneaks away & RACES 2 the can & starts trying 2 get in it again. thats wen i realized a dog had decieved me & i said "AHAH DUSTY!!!! IT WAS ALL JUST A CLEVER TRICK 2 LEAD ME AWAY FROM THE GARBAGE  CAN!!!" & i get him out. & thats about it; it was funny tho......

we lost.....>_< 1-0. we did horrible. heck, we deserved 2 lose that 1, kinda neway. our d's 2 slow, our d plays 2 far up, no talking, 2 many missed opportunities, 2 much slacking. thats all i have 2 say.

hey guys. i no its been awhile. o well. schools been..... ok. i got a book report & a project due n 3 weeks. but last nite ( i got 2 spend the nite at lukes house(kinda bad b/c i cudnt go bowlin w/ the vars guys & the tag alongs[blue, laura, etc.]) o well, 2day i got 2 c without a paddle w. laura & blue. it was awesome. great movie, great movie, afterwards we saw 12 ppl from school(kinda scaryy.......) & ash got her beloved starbucks while laura got her frozen coke(her favorite, so she says) & i got my sbarro's(which i was mocked about). while we ate  we talked which was actually more like mess w/ laura by teasing her about random things she did. wen i finished i tryed 2 shove my plate n2 a thing that lookd just like a trash can but it wasnt 1(it was just a metal thing) after the laffing & picking we walked around until we met ashs parents, laura left w/ her mom & i got a ride home w/ ash. now im here, waiting 4 the rest of my day 2 unfold. o well, till then.

we won our soccer game against hickory grove(big rivalry) 3-0. i scored once, eric scored once, & justin scored once. were now 5-1 & our next game is against cannon(THE big rivalry, 4 me anyway) at home at 3:30. we won thursday by forfeit. o well, after the game i saw ash, lucky, laura, & lindsay. after a real quick chat with them i left with justin, pat, trey, & eric 2 justins party. it was great. we goofed off all day & went 2 bed at about 5 this morning. me & trey ruled at mario party 5 stomping pat & justin every time. i also destroyed trey at madden 2004 on the gamecube(my 1st time ever i mite add) i was Kansas City & he was Carolina. i scored on a 50 yard priest holmes run, 85 yard priest holmes pass, 50 yard fumble recovery 4 a touchdown & (the greatest play of the day) a 95 yard dante hall kick-return 4 a TD. it looked just like when he did it in real life against the broncos. anyway. we all left this morning, i went 2 my sisters football game(she cheerleads) & now im here. well, thats it 4 now. today, my soccer team played our final game of the year. we won 3-0. pat scored 2x & i scored 1 time(it was the greatest[most hilarious]) goal i think ive ever witnessed/felt. haha. weve had some really good times this year & a good experience as a team. i shall sadly never have pablo for a head coach on the school team again... but he'll still be the assistant coach:-) neway, thanx 2 everybody that came out & supported us at our games this year. when we got back i got 2 see about 3 min of the vars. v-ball game. good luck allie, hope you guys won; even though its like impossible 4 u guys 2 lose. anyway, thats all i have 4 now & to my fellow soccer teammates, "it was fun while it lasted."

i have just seen the worst reffing in all of my life. state lost to the tarheels because of some of the worst reffing ive seen... ever!!! ta mclendon runs the ball 4 the game winning touchdown rite? the head, I REPEAT HEAD, line judge says td but the LOWER ranking 1 says he was down. SINCE WHEN DO YOU OVERTRUN THE HEAD JUSGES JUDGEMENT!?!?!?!? nd off, there was 24 seconds left on the clock. AFTER RIPPING US OFF THEY GIVE US ONLY 14 SECONDS INSTEAD OF THE FRIGGIN RIGHTFUL 24. geez, i swear, that has 2 be the WORST reffing ever. my gosh. we get ripped off yet again.... thats a bunch of (we are sorry but this has been blocked. thank you 4 understanding)

".. and the final score: First Assembly 6, Victory Christian 24" i knew they were gonna cream us since we beat them the 1st time. it was actually close until about 5 min 2 go in the 4th qtr. it was 8-6 then they scored, 16-6, then their superQb , little vick as hes called, intercepts it at like the 30 & takes it 70 yards 4 a TD. amazing.... that & our teams sloooooow. Their QB is the most amazing QB ive ever seen play in person, besides Phillip Rivers of course. He mustve had like 80 yards from scrambling. Hes 5 yards behind the line & scrambles to the left, dodges tacklers, goes right, dodges more tacklers, goes left & runs 4 30-35 yards! he was un sackable... meanwhile, i froze my tail off at the game( i had 2 be different & wear shorts ). during 1/2 time we played down on the field. Sonnys quite the football player if i do say so myself. he kicked a 40 yrd. field goal with his shoe off & throws pretty accurately too. he threw 1 to Lynch. I jumped got my hand on it& tipped it, then aaron makes a nfl-like catch, catching it while the balls out of bounds & then getting his feet in. simply unbelievable. Well, thats about it 4 now. my lower 1/2 is numb from the cold weather & needs 2 be warmed.

after freezing at the football game i froze at my friends 3 hockey games, 1 sat, 2 sund.i had 2 get up at 5 this mornin 4 his 1st 1. i bet none of you were up. neway, after that, Road trip! we took  the loooong way 2 his house. we had a ps2 hooked up in his car & played tony hawk underground 2 the whole way back :-D i heard "only one" by yellowcard 2day 4 the 1st time. its awesome! my new favorite song

This is the pre-mentioned post game post. State lost 45-31. Its ok though, we wernt expected 2 win. Church was good. Red Sox won!!! Bellhorn again. im tellin ya, that guys gettin insane w/ these homers lately. congrats 2 the v-ball team on beating northside. way 2 go! The panthers are winning... unbelievable. Once Rivers goes in tho, its all over 4 the panthers(thats if he does) Chiefs r winning! wahoo! i hope that keeps up. anyway, thats it 4 now.

AND THE BOSTON RED SOX HAVE WON THE WORLD SERIES!!!!" afer 86 loong years of "coming close" & "almost getting there" the Red Sox have won the World Series & broken the curse of the Bambino. it was a great game & i believe they completely earned their championship. coming from 3 down 2 beat the yankees & then sweep the cards'. My hat off 2 the Red Sox. I hope they enjoy their victory. 

that was the chant that rang all throughout santa clara last night as the santa clara basketball team trounced the no. 4(cough, cough) unc tarheels 77-66. boy o boy. that was a marvelous sight. wait......... marvelous thing 2 hear. hahaha. in other news, the wolfpack are 3-0 which makes the fact the heels lost even better.

WoW, its been forever since i wrote on here...... anyways, alots happened: i made the ms bball team, ive seen nat'l treasure & the incredibles, went 2 the opening night dinner theatre show & lots of personal stuff. our coaches 4 bball make us work & i mean WORK. but its all good. theyre cool & i need 2 get in better shape anyways so its not bad at all. nat'l treasure & the incredibles were awesome. best ive seen in awhile. christmas day im seein "hey, hey, hey" FAT ALBERT. it looks so funny, anyways the dinner theatre was sooo good. daniella is like the most incredible singer(most of you knew this but i didnt so its new 2 me) every1 else was real good 2. afterwards i snuck me some cake out of there. mmmm.... it was good. anyways, thats all 4 now. sorry 4 bein so long.

thank goodness theyre over. i did ver nicely though: 98 on science, 100 on band, 101 on alg 1, 107 on honors english & am awaiting my history grade. State won last night. a tad close but winning's winning. Brackman is the man. 20 points 3 blocks several rebounds & hes only a freshman! the guys 6' 10 & can swish a 3. incredible. anyways, thats about it.

ugh... i believe i have eternal writers block... i never have anything to write about on here. partly because nothing in my life is very noteworthy. i mean, if i wanted to i could write everyday about what happened to me that day but, thats pretty much being addicted which is far opposite from me. i mean, you have those like me, then you have those that can write some of the greatest posts ive ever seen. im lucky enough to know a few people like this. anyways, this whole christmas break, when someone would ask me how its been id say "great" or something of the sort but honestly...... it hasnt been 2 great. all the things that are not normal occurences for me that occurred during this break: i got a truckload of gifts, i saw relatives i havent in months, and just last night i went to my friends house and spent the night. wow, long list huh? not quite. other than that ive been at home or outside playing basketball or something which is great and all but i wish there was more. now, this month i have been pretty conceited, have done things i didnt need to, wishd i had done things i havent, and still have a thing or two to do which i need 2 muster up some confidence for.

             all in all, i think im getting tired of mindsay. its a way to share your experiences with people but, if you have no experiences to share, whats the point of even logging on? this is my temporary farewell.

ill be back sooner or later.

well im back. i said id post when something significant happened & it has! today at bball practice we scrimmaged the ms girls( i know & yes it is as pitiful as it sounds but hey, not my idea)  but this was after a long & tiring punishment 4 blowing the last game we played even tho it was more or less the starters fault. anyways during the scrimmage, me & the 2nd string(even though i honestly think i should start & 4 valid reasons) outplayed the starters. we basically rebounded, shot, defended, etc. better than them. after practice on my way 2 talk 2 pablo & watch the vars girls practice till my ride got there i bumbed into the coaches & they said if what happened 2day keeps up there will be changes made. this is a big suprise considering the starting line-up is considered "great" other than that, i missed la liga b/c practice was longer than what id expected(sorry jordan) & ive gotten back n2 the swing of things w/ school & all.

today was good. woke up & dressed fancy for basketball. somehow fiddled around through 1-4th period. ate lunch. went 2 history. wow, sooo much learning about stuff ill never need 2 no! what a waste. next, pe. youd think great right? noooo.... we get a looong lecture from sneaky t about the grading scale & how even tho we have a game we MUST dress out. ugh... wasted the whole period on him. watched a movie in science. schools out. i go down the hill to the gym. i think i see every person i know from our school on mindsay on my way through the center door 2 the gym.then i watch my fellow teammates get beat5 by a few high schoolers n bball real quik. then i went 2 the lobby & saw lindsay, jake, speedy, allie, & laura. head in 4 girls game. got 2 sit down & talk w/ laura & allie during it. then, we go suit up & get ready 4 our game. i played great. lost the tip but the kid had mad hops. he could JUMP. other than that i did great. we were down going into halftime. got a peptalk, barely make it 2 the start of the 2nd half. that was wierd. anyways, we really stepped it up & dominated. it was close at the end. back & forth 1 point leads till we pulled away at the end & won. it felt great. i think im becoming better & better in the coaches eyes. anyways, we have the day off 2morro 2 get ready 4 thusdays practice & our game friday. blake & allie tell me how you guys did.

What an awesome weekend.I'll start from friday...... Lost a nailbiter against Northside, return to school 2 witness yet another nailbiting loss 2 Northside. afterwards, i go w/ eric in aarons car 2 his house where we would eat pizza & watch tv til we crashed... the following morning we wer taken 2 my rec game by my dad. I got there early so i got 2 chat w/ blue. We won our game by a large amount that woooouldv been biggr but coach sat me most of the 2nd 1/2. that was fine though. aferwards i got shmojangles & watched the following game whilst talking 2 blue between quarters. afterwards id go home where about 1/2 an hour later id be on my way 2 bens house. after about 20 min we went & saw "Are We There Yet?" it was great. funny & sad moments filled them movie. still, it was hilarious.  then we went back 2 bens house, went across the street 2 houses left, got drew, ran back 2 bens house 2 avoid freezing, then played nfl street 2 til drew had 2 go back home. afterthat we played even more, then went 2 sleep. woke up about 8:40, went 2 sunday school, then the service, then breuggers bagels 4 a tasty meal, then back 2 his house where we wer joined by drew for more nfl street 2. eventually i got picked up so now im home. but it was a great weekend & i had a blast.

Oh. Blue, just block him out and do ur job. he really threw you off your clock timing & yes, u do need to use the buzzer 4 subs. and mr. smith needs 2 be a fairer ref & stop critiquing my play during my games. he can be very distracting....

I've had mixed feelings about this season. i thought some decisions couldv been better & some roster changes but not 2 many things worth saying. Well, heres my weeks recap starting tuesday. Got through school. nothing important happened. we played i think westminister.. yeah.... anyways, sometime in the 1st 1/2: some guy drives around trey & i think ethan & lobs a baseline layup. i swat it! that thing went sailing into the stands. you could hear the "ooooooh's" everywhere. later i packed someone else too. had about 7 rebounds. 2 points(freethrows) i know its not much but hey, when its a 2 man show i cant help it that i get 1-3 shots a game. anyways, wednesday rolled by & thursday came. i figured: i might as well talk enough smack 2 last the whole year which i did. quite well. anyways, state got beat. bad. the next day was the biggest contradiction of shame & fame i think ive ever experienced. as soon as i got 2 school it began. i got 2 put on a unc hoody. o joy(it was comfy though) eric accompanied me in this ragging. somehow, i made it through the day & on to the game. after getting almost lost on the way thanks 2 patricks directions we get there. the game wasnt very well officiated. oh well, none of them this year really have been. i got 10+ rebounds & had 3 blocks. if i can remember correctly i lead the team in both. then i went back to school only to leave shortly to go to lukes house where i'd spend the night & then go 2 my game the following day. today our team played awful. we didnt lead the whole game. luke fouled out leaving me to carry the whole load. when the 4th quarter started we were down 8. i managed to tie it(no, im not being selfish or self centered, i scored 20 out of our 26 points) we end up losing by 2. it was tough. i had 20 pts, 17 rebs & 15 blocks. triple double, woohoo. after going to my sisters game & working outside im here now. im going 2 go get some dipn strips now so later.

State beat maryland for the 2nd time this season last night. swept em like dirt on the floor. it was a really good game, especially since i was there : ) anyways, that leaves me puzzled though..... we sweep maryland & georgia tech. maryland swept duke, we lost to duke; georgia tech & duke beat unc, we lost to unc. basically, we lost to alot of teams that teams we beat beat, therefore we should have beat them. oh well, college basketball is a crazy game where anyone can win. go figure. other than that ive been to school. fun fun.... not. well, last thing noteable is i got backk at 2 this morning only 2 leave 5 hours later 4 school. oh well. later

Lifes been good lately. NC State won the other day & is lookin good in the direction of ncaa tourney bound. fsu blew it & lost wen they wer up at the 1/2 to unc. yesterday after school me, eric, & luke b. hung around til the end of baseball so us 3 & tanner, justin, & pat could go 2 erics house 4 his bday party. had a slam dunk contest(which i had a bad case of butterfingers in) a game on our knees & did alot of other stuff. before we went to sleep this morning we'd played nba live 05, basketball in his living room, pranked each other, & made a promise(which i can't tell you what it was about) woke up this morning to find a combo of icy hot & cinnamon toothpaste in a spot on my hair. it actually made a decent gel 4 that spot on my head. eventually we stumbled down 2 breakfast. after that we all ended up just doing whatever. eventually tanner left soon followed by pat & justin & lastly luke. i was still there 4 a good hour 1/2 which was spent watching anchorman & playing bball. all in all, it was a great time. now im home & am getting dreary so ill head out 4 now...

The regular season was ended with many suprises & upsets. Illinois was toppled, as was Kentucky and othe top teams and duke lost a very close game 2 the ugh... tarheels.... gah, that upset me. but not as much as chris pauls last second one handed flick 2 win against NC State. but i gotta give it 2 him, even though hes a low blow throwin ballplayer, hes pretty good. a decent placing in the acc tourney might get us in the ncaa. also in the acc, maryland & miami lost. not sure 2 who though. other than that i got The Massacre sunday. its awesome. 50 outdid himself. congrats.

one day ,back during the most recent yankees/redsox series this season, i was hanging out with my dad and some of his friends and one of em comes up and says, "i turned on espn yesterday and what do they have on? boston redsox batting practice.. o.. wait... that was a game... 27 hits against the yankees. hahaha."

here's something i found out today and i found it quite suprising: we all know how all the college players entering the draft are currently in camps getting ready and everything. well it just so happens that julius hodge and rashad mccants are at the same camp recently. they had a 1 on 1 game scheduled a little while back for this week and both said they were psyched about the opportunity. after playing for awhile rashad said he wasnt feeling well so they had to stop. later it was found out that rashad was faking. whats this? he's a national champion, an all-american athlete, leaving early for the pros. hows this possible? hes only playing julius hodge, who people say "isnt all that" and "not one of the more elite acc athletes compared to the others"

jolly good time. i was pissed at times though.. oh well

i made a grand total of 20 friends while i was there:

7 kids i met at the amusement park. they were awesome but i had 2 leave almost right after we started hanging out (that pissed me off), a girl named ashlyn i met while walking around in the early a.m. hours at the hotel, 2 girls from charleston, 2 girls, chelsea & brooke, from the ecu area who liked 2 wear playboy logo clothes which they usually wore around the hotel, a guy on the elevator i helped find a public bathroom (i swear he seemed drunk but he was awesome :) ) & also saw him later that day, umm... a girl named melonie i met at the bowling alley(she was a big gwen stefani fan, good dancer 2 by the way), 2 more girls ,bre & mollie, at the bowling alley the same day as melonie, 2 girls named hollie & reese from ohio, & 2 girls while at the amusement park the 1st time who were cool. it was an awesome trip & i cant wait til i go 2 florida.

Last night my dad told me before the draft ever began that we(well the bobcats, i dont like them to begin with) would take felton at 5 & may at 13. low & behold, it happened. i personnally wouldve take marvin over bogut, tarheel or not. & mccants at 14 was a suprise to me. The Nuggets who, other than detroit were my favorite team, made me happy, picking hodge & jack. along with carmello i see them doing well next year.

I also found out this interesting fact, 27.5% of all of clevelands points were scored by LeBron. GOOD LORD!! thats just insane...

i found out my old school, cannon(which i had 2 leave b/c it was so expensive), has open gyms & workouts during the summer for soccer & basketball & that they give oue full scholarships if u do well enough in their eyes

monday im going 2 open gym there. its probably my best shot at getting it & i really want it. we'll just have 2 wait & see how it goes. wish the best for me.

my day was cool. woke up at 7:15 and watched some mtv. ate brunch around 11:15 then got a shower. at about 12:15 i headed off to allison's crib. upon arrival i was given the grand tour. very pimp. SNES = OLD SKOOL!!! then we watched mtv for a good forever.  Nile was constantly brought up. everything just seemed to be able to become a nile joke(sorry kt). nonetheless! then, the andy milonakis show came on.... good lord... it was a napolean dynamite 30 minute session. it was stupid beyond reason but hilarious at the same time. allison also was amazed at the sight of an iPod :P

then off 2 garretts. hung out awhile, whooped em in some mvp baseball 05. then basketball. that was ok. now im home.
